Yes. Tell us what you need remotely. For tasks, we confirm the location and share agreed updates, photos or notes. Friend conversations take place online, with time zones taken into account.
Which cities can you help in?
We’re based in Hunan and can explore tasks elsewhere through our personal network or arranged travel. Availability, access and travel costs are confirmed for each request.
Is the friend membership a Chinese course?
The focus is a familiar person to talk with and share everyday culture. You can practise Chinese naturally, but a lesson plan, formal tuition or qualification is not included in the membership.
How much does it cost, and how do I pay?
Tasks receive an individual quote. Membership contributions and conversation arrangements are agreed before you join. We then confirm a suitable payment method directly. This page does not collect a card payment or start a subscription.
Can a member also request errands or sourcing?
Of course. Send your task to us for a separate quote. Purchases, shipping, travel and on-site work are outside the friend membership unless expressly agreed.
What if plans change?
We agree the service scope, schedule and cancellation or refund arrangements before payment. If a task changes, extra work and costs need your confirmation before proceeding.
